1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and xvg8 ("Platform", "we", "xvg8"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the xvg8.onl website, the xvg8 mobile app, and all related services ("xvg8 Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the website, downloading the app, or using any xvg8 service, you expressly and implicitly agree to comply with all Terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the xvg8 Platform immediately.

2 Member Eligibility

4 Deposits and Payments

Xvg8 accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX (all major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

7 Game Rules and Integrity

All games on the xvg8 platform must be played in accordance with the rules set for each game. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or take advantage of system bugs is prohibited and considered a serious breach of these Terms.

• Use of bots or automated software for gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players — including improperly sharing game information during a live game session — is a serious violation.
• Any winnings obtained through means that violate the game rules will be voided by xvg8.
• Xvg8's decisions regarding game disputes are final and binding.
